Fast & Easy Online Rental Application
Our rental application is processed electronically by the leader in private rental properties - On-Site. When you click the link below you'll be taken to their site to complete your application.
On-Site handles the application process in 2 easy stages once you input your information:
1 - A basic credit check is run - and a simple score from 1 to 10 is calculated and returned to us. We NEVER handle your personal financial information, On-Site's web portal does the work. And we're not credit-score crazy. If you can pay your rent, we're happy and will get along great! We understand everyone has some bumps in their history, so extenuating circumstances are considered. If your score is in the acceptable range, you will be contacted with your total rent amount and documentation of discounts qualification will be requested.
2 - A mandatory background check is conducted for Felony-Convictions, Landlord Court, and Sex-Offender history for all tenants age 15 and up. Each of these checks are PASS/FAIL and required by the insurance company.
A FAIL on any one of these checks will disqualify you from renting this home.
That's it! On-Site charges a small fee for each Adult Applicant to conduct the checks, which you pay when the application is PROCESSED. We don't surcharge or otherwise make money off the application process, and you'll receive a receipt in the mail for the application. Results are usually returned in 3-5 working days.
Processing of applications will not begin until the property is ready. You WILL NOT be charged if an applicant ahead of you is approved. Applicants are processed in the order received.
Monthly Rent - $1650
Deposit - $1500
Discounted rent available to Active Duty Military, Veterans, Police, Fire, EMT and their families/spouses. Limit one discount per tenant.
1 Year Lease Term
One month free rent for multi-year Leases after month 12. We accept direct deposit, checks, money orders, or cash
Rent is due on the 1st of each month, and late if not received by 6pm on the 5th. Late payment or bounced checks will incur a fee. If this doesn't work for you, we can flex payment due date.
Your deposit may not be used in lieu of payment of the first or last month's rent.
Additional Services: Tenant is expected to keep yard according to Bartlett City Code. Violation fees will be added to your rent if received. You may opt for us to provide professional lawn service for an additional monthly fee.
